Our Mental Health Skill Building program is a result-backed initiative that empowers you to manage mental illness, emotional disturbance adequately, and struggles with independence and activities of daily living.

Who is eligible for our Mental Health Skill Building?

If you’re 18 years or older, have been previously hospitalized and  have as a primary Axis 1 DSM diagnosis of one of the following:

  • Psychotic Disorder
  • Schizophrenia
  • PTSD
  • Bipolar I/II
  • Major Depressive Disorder
